1. Introduction
Welcome to SevnTwenty, a directory platform designed to help people discover beauty and grooming businesses and service providers.
By accessing or using SevnTwenty, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
SevnTwenty allows users to browse business listings and allows registered users and eligible business owners to participate in the platform’s available features.
You agree to use SevnTwenty lawfully and respectfully. You must not use the platform to publish misleading information, harass others, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
3. Business Listings
Business owners and service providers are responsible for ensuring that their listing information is accurate, current and lawful.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to publish any business names, photographs, logos, descriptions or other materials you submit.
SevnTwenty reserves the right to review, decline, edit where appropriate, suspend or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law. Listings may be subject to approval before publication.
4. Reviews and User Contributions
Users must provide honest, relevant and respectful reviews and other contributions.
You must not submit fake reviews, impersonate another person, publish defamatory or unlawful material, or manipulate ratings.
SevnTwenty may moderate, reject or remove content that violates these terms. Reviews represent the opinions of their authors and do not necessarily represent the views of SevnTwenty.
5. Accuracy and Business Relationships
SevnTwenty provides a directory to help users discover businesses and service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by SevnTwenty.
Users should independently verify a business’s credentials, services, prices, availability and suitability before making a booking or payment.
Any transaction or service arrangement between a customer and a listed business is between those parties. SevnTwenty is not automatically a party to such arrangements.
6. Intellectual Property
The SevnTwenty name, branding, website design and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, where applicable.
Users retain their rights to content they own. By submitting content to SevnTwenty, you grant the platform permission to host, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and maintain the service, subject to applicable law and any additional terms presented when content is submitted.
You must not use another person’s intellectual property without appropriate permission.
7. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your account credentials secure and using your account appropriately.
You must not access another user’s account without authorisation. Please notify SevnTwenty if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
SevnTwenty may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security risks or serious violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
